Our client is Luxury 4 Star Hotel that has won numerous awards across all areas of the operation. The hotel boasts a multi outlet food and beverage operation, conference and banqueting facilities dining is something this hotel does at the highest level.

The hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to be based in their very busy all day dining contemporary restaurant.
Job description
As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operation this will include ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
You will be responsible for the training and development of the team through one to one coaching and objective setting and also leading from the front.
A key part of this role will involve the ongoing development of the product, service delivery and sales striving to improve in all areas.
You will also be working to set targets and budgets for payroll and top line sales and have the support of an experienced food and beverage that will coach, guide and develop you within your role.
Ideal Background
The ideal Restaurant Manager must have previous hotel experience within a large scale fresh food led restaurant operation as an Assistant or Restaurant Manager.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate the team and drive the operation forward from a service and sales element.
It is essential you are an operator who is passionate about the industry that is professional, outgoing and knows how to create the right ambiance within the operation.
Salary and Benefits
Our client is offering a very competitive salary of up to £25,000 plus the offer of live in accommodation for a small monthly charge and gratuities. You will also benefit from a lower tax threshold. This is a permanent role.
