JAP Associates was founded by Justine Perry who has over 10 year’s recruitment experience within the hospitality industry which she gained from working for as a Director for an Executive Search and Selection Agency, Justine then moved on to become a successful Branch Manager for one the largest hospitality recruitment companies in the UK.

Both experiences have given Justine an in depth knowledge to the Industry and recruitment process which has enabled her to give consultative advise to her clients and candidates.
