The site is very busy food led operation that has already established itself as a destination led venue for food and also has a regular clientele.<br />
Job description:<br />
As Assistant Manager your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of the front of house operation which will include the restaurant and bar.<br />
You will be responsible for ensuring high standards are maintained along with excellent customer service. The role will also involve the ongoing training and development of the team.</p>
<p> You will be involved in working to budgets and ensuring costs are maintained including GP for the liquor side. Reporting the General Manager you will be a key member of the management team.</p>
<p>Ideal Background:<br />
Candidates must have a solid knowledge of both food and beverage at a supervisory level as a minimum. It is essential you have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail as this is high calibre operation.<br />
It is essential you have the ability to lead and motivate a team, deliver on going staff training and development.  You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to be able to deputise for the whole site in the absence of the General Manager.<br />
Salary and Benefits:<br />
Our client is offering a salary of £17,000 for this position of Assistant Manager along with a generous share of gratuities of £2500 &#8211; £3000 per year. Alongside excellent career progression for the right candidates.  This is a permanent role.<br />

The site is open all day from breakfast through to early evening offering a selection of freshly prepared food ranging from Sandwiches, Antipasti through to the Grill and Homemade Pizzas and Pastries all made on site. Plus a specials menu in the evenings.</p>
<p>They are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to set up and launch this new concept with the view to rolling out this concept in the future.<br />
Job description:<br />
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen operation this will include managing the brigade, stock control, maintaining GP and good kitchen hygiene.<br />
You will also be responsible for managing the team, staff recruitment and training. The role will also involve working alongside the Group Executive Chef creating new menu ideas in line with season and concept.<br />
Ideal Background:<br />

Job description:<br />
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the team consistently deliver high standards across the operation.<br />
The role will involve the implementation of exciting changing menus and also assisting with the creation of new dishes as you strive to achieve accolades.<br />

The operation includes an Award Winning Restaurant, busy Bistro and extensive Conference and Banqueting making this a full scale operation. Due to recent expansion within the group they are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to head up the Pastry section.<br />
Job description:<br />
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for setting up and preparing the Mis-en-Plas for the Pastry section this will include the fine dining restaurant, banqueting  and bistro outlets.<br />
You will also be producing all desserts, petit fours, biscuits and breads including the afternoon tea offering. You will also have the opportunity to implement new and exciting menu plans allowing you creative input for the pastry section with the guidance of the Head Chef.<br />
This role will involve supervising and training the junior members with the team, maintaining all kitchen HAACP and COSHH procedures and stock control and ordering for the pastry section.<br />
Ideal Background:<br />
Our client is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie that has previous experience within a 2 AA Rosette environment exposure to banqueting is also required due to the nature of this operation.<br />
It is essential you are passionate and driven and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Have the ability to staff calm under pressure and have good team work ethics.<br />
You must also be able to lead and develop the junior members within the team ensuring the highest level of food is delivered across the operation all time.<br />
Salary and Benefits:<br />
The salary for this permanent position of Chef de Partie Pastry is up to £23,000, you will also be provided with staff accommodation that is of an excellent standard for a small monthly charge including meals and bills.<br />
 You will also benefit from lower tax due to tax laws on the island.<br />

You will be working with all fresh local produce including a good selection of fresh fish. Our client has future aspirations to grow their portfolio and is looking for a Sous chef that wants to progress to a Head Chef role in the near future.</p>
<p>Job description<br />
As Sous Chef your role will involve assisting with the running of the kitchen and brigade ensuring consistency is maintained across to the restaurants. You will be responsible for managing cost control and expenditure along with GP Management.<br />
 A key part of this role will be the ongoing development of the menus as this hotel strives to achieve further accolades. Along with your own personal development to enable you to take you career to the next level.</p>
<p>Ideal Background<br />
The ideal candidate for this Sous Chef will ideally have previous experience within a 2 rosette environment thrive on working in a busy operation and have a real passion for cooking excellent food.<br />
It is essential you are able to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of menu planning and costings along with GP management are required, however for the right candidate support will be given in some of these areas.<br />
Salary and Benefits<br />
Our client is offering a salary of £25,000 &#8211; £28,000 depending on your experience for this role of Sous Chef plus a generous share of monthly gratuities, assistance with accommodation can be arranged if required.<br />

Job description<br />

It is vital you able to demonstrate a real passion and desire to achieve alongside strong team ethics. Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH procedures are also required.<br />
Salary and Benefits<br />
The salary for this permanent position of Chef de Partie is up to £18,000 plus a generous share of gratuities. High standard staff accommodation can also be offered if required close by so transport not necessary.<br />
